Content Coordinator, Brand Experience

OVERVIEW

General Mills Foodservice is on a journey to build a seamless experience across all its customer and external audience touchpoints to drive an optimized end-to-end experience. A key factor in this success is the execution of creative campaigns that engage our operators and increase sales.

The Brand Experience team is looking for a Content Coordinator to support our businesses. This position will work with the Brand Experience and Performance teams to bring the creative strategy to life.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Help evaluate creative against internal requirements to ensure it meets quality and brand standards.
  • Provide input on strategies for engaging with operators and growing our audience.
  • Support the Content Production team with coordination of video- and photoshoots.
  • Work to create and optimize best practices across broad cross-functional teams for content storage, file sharing, and creative updates.
  • Provide executional support of the marketing content and communication plans across various the Commercial channels. This includes supporting marketing item setup, creative asset creation and modification, setup and tagging for digital tracking, creative routing, and content scrubbing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external agency partners to manage projects, track deadlines, and complete all tasks on budget and schedule.
  • Ensure content stays up-to-date and relevant
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to manage relationships and work collaboratively
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • If not based near Twin Cities, MN, you will be required to travel to headquarters in Minneapolis approximately four times per year.
  • Project management expertise and ability to effectively execute many projects at a time
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High bias for action and execution
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Design experience (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, WordPress, etc.)
