We have an exciting new role for a Customer Business Manager to oversee Albertsons:
- Lead Joint Business Planning where applicable
- Lead business development at Albertson’s and all related banners
- Develop and deliver strategic selling, assortment, promotion, pricing plans
- Ability to lead broker partners and navigate distributor network
- Be responsible for all aspects of customer development including opportunity identification, relationship management, customer service interface, trade fund planning and management and annual planning
- Perform customer negotiation particularly regarding trade investments and promotional plans
- Identify category selling opportunities and deliver category based selling stories
- Be a customer expert and identify and prioritize all opportunities for our brands
The Skills you will bring to the team
- Albertson’s experience is preferred.
- Proficient in utilizing syndicated data (i.e. SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) and trade management systems
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience within CPG and/or broker
