5+ years of business operations management experience (required)

Oversee the preparation, allocation and management of operations budget to ensure target achievement

Training all project managers and supervisors on subject matter janitorial knowledge, safety, client satisfaction and proactive leadership thinking.

Cover project manager/supervisor call outs in an emergency

Identify safety requirements, train, and implement safety protocols

Identify all cleaning equipment required for jobs and train managers/supervisors on equipment so they can train employees properly.

In-depth knowledge of technology-based educational resources (i.e., learning management systems and curriculum platforms).

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Exudes deep curriculum knowledge with the ability to pivot when it comes to pedagogy and platform.

Plan and deliver presentations at state and national education conferences.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Travel to sales meetings, conferences, and promotional events (50% travel requirement).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Organize and manage both in-person and online events to facilitate knowledge sharing and community bonding

3-6 years experience in marketing or community role

Experience with basic graphic design, video editing, or content creation tools is a plus

Strong understanding of online community dynamics, social media platforms, and emerging trends

Creativity and ability to develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience

Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology, examination, diagnostic and treatment room responsibilities. Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

Answering calls and providing pertinent information including patient education as directed.

CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire.

Send/receive patient medical records in accordance with Health Insurance. Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other state and federal regulations.

Under the direction and supervision of a physician, administer injectable medication and vaccines when appropriate.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge of trains routes and streets of NYC

Should be familiar with the geographic area of NYC and be able to maneuver through heavy urban congestion.

Should be in general good health as there is a lot of fast walking
