Summary
Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Culinary Team as our PM-Shift Advanced Line Cook (Cook 3)! Our Cook 3 will support “A Seattle Collection”, a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle, while being based out Hyatt Regency Seattle, our Andare Kitchen & Bar.
This Advanced Line Cook position requires good communication as well as at least 3 years of previous line cook experience, preferably in a fine dining environment. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling and be comfortable in producing at a high volume level. This person may be required to give direction and additional support in the supervisor’s absence.
The hourly rate for this position is $27.75. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who remain in the position for four years, which is $28.31.

Qualifications
- Requires good communication skills.
- 3 years of previous line experience preferred.
- Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
- Able to work multiple stations in the kitchen.
- Food Handler's Permit required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Requires moderate supervision and training.
