Job Description
Must have an active food handlers certification. Must have knowledge of food preparation, reading menu’s, production sheets and recipes. Understands HACCP protocols, food safety, sanitation and be able to communicate effectively. Will be required to perform cleaning tasks, dating, labeling, ensuring proper food storage, oversee and documentation of hot/cold food holding temperatures. Time management, professionalism and compliance to standard procedures and regulations is a must.
