Credit Operations Analyst Jobs

Description:

Corserv is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks related to credit operations, including letter generation, client support, managing documentation, and reporting. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses a high attention to detail, effectively manages their time, and demonstrates an aptitude to learn new processes and technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain documentation and evidence for audits
• Provide exceptional client support by promptly addressing credit related inquiries via email
• Ongoing monitoring of letter and decisioning audits
• Resolving credit application errors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, work on special projects
• Generate and manage credit bureau refresh files with Experian and Equifax
• Prepare and review reporting to ensure compliance
• Audit application and credit line increase process and resolve anomalies
• Generate and review adverse action and approval letters, ensuring accuracy
• Monitor and review application data to prevent fraud

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Exceptional written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Proven experience in operations or administration
• Must have the ability to work independently
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new systems
