Answering client queries and working with relevant processing teams across global Asset Servicing to solve in a timely manner

Non-direct client coverage – you will also be assigned specific clients who are represented by other revenue divisions

Running GSU classes to educate clients on Asset Servicing events

Conduct daily workforce management oversight based on established service requirements.

Oversee the day to day workforce management of the servicing Customer Care team and focus on delivering industry leading service

Assist workforce management in managing the Customer Success Advocate (CSA) shift schedule for accurate planning and shift coverage

Read, analyze reporting, and make data-driven recommendations to management

Manage product and tech escalations via the triage ticketing system

Participate in new training and licensing programs to expand the team’s capabilities

Previous Financial Industry Operations, Asset Management and/or Investment Operations experience a plus

Knowledge of financial services, asset management and/or investment operations

A college or university degree and/or 1 or more years of relevant work experience

Previous Client Service experience in a service oriented environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Analytical and problem solving skills

Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements are met.

2+ year of financial industry experience

4+ years of Quality Assurance experience

2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies: AWS, PCF, PKS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Linux, Azure, Windows, VMware

2+ years of experience in Automation and Continuous Integration-Continuous Development (CI-CD) of Full Circle applications

Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban

Proficient computer skills including data entry, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and willingness to learn new software applications

Associate degree in accounting, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Partner with other areas to efficiently achieve a positive member experience.

Demonstrated strong guest service skills with a proven ability to handle challenging situations while maintaining a positive and professional disposition

Ability to handle large volumes of transactions efficiently and accurately, work independently, multitask, and manage time accordingly

Have prior experience in commercial loan servicing

Enjoy customer service and leading a team

Be proficient interpreting loan documentation such as Promissory Notes & Loan Agreements including all financial loan terms & prepayment terms.

Inspecting vendor management routines such as coaching and team meetings.

Assisting with real-time servicing management as needed.

Reviewing reporting to validate production hours, on / off boarding processes and roster management.

Being a subject matter expert (SME) that understands the credit servicing experience for customers and agents.

Experience overseeing 24 hours / 7 days a week network.
