What You'll Do

• Generate ad hoc reports to pinpoint claims requiring adjustment
• Create reports to assess quality and efficiency within the claims team
• Leverage data to highlight areas needing improvement
• Utilize data to prepare Cost/Benefit analysis for potential software enhancements
• Create ad hoc reports to respond to claims-related queries from other stakeholders, including account management
• Develop and present reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct root cause analysis and propose areas for improvement

What You'll Bring

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Experience in extracting and presenting data to identify areas of concern within processes
• Experience in root cause analysis
• Proven ability to utilize data to assess process performance, including establishing and measuring KPIs
• 3+ years of quantitative analytics experience, with proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Python-based analytical tools
