The streamlined processes range from getting providers contracted and licensed to provide home care, getting clients/patients for whom to provide care, starting and managing claims, and collecting and performing collections and financial audits. Location: Miami, FL (onsite)

Salary: $50k-$57k + benefits

• Prepares agenda, documents, and minutes for the Credentialing Committee
• Effectively improve operational processes to achieve maximum efficiency
• Responsible for maintaining data integrity of credentialing database
• Responsible for credentialing and re-credentialing activities of home healthcare providers and their facilities to ensure compliance with appropriate accrediting and regulatory agencies
• Assists in the review of Credentialing policies and procedures
• Maintains credentialing reports
• Promotes and contributes to a positive, problem-solving environment
• Maintains confidentiality of all information in compliance with State and Federal law
• Maintains Credentialing database to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure provider credentialing and re-credentialing is conducted in accordance with organizational policies and applicable government and regulatory agency standards and guidelines
• Communicates effectively with other professionals in order to achieve positive customer outcomes
