Verification Specialist - Case Management

Intake Desk provides exceptional call center intake services for some of the top attorneys across the country. The Verification - Case Review Specialist is one of the most important roles in our company.

Our Case Review Department is responsible for verifying, organizing and updating facts from prospective clients about their potential case while providing the highest level of customer service.

Verification - Case Review Specialists organize facts, write call summaries, and create follow up tasks as well as ask targeted questions that are relevant to each client’s specific situation all while reassuring and providing empathy for the injured party.

Please note there will be a data entry typing test as well as a general technology test administered on the interview. Both require an above average aptitude but nothing that someone with a few years of data entry and computer experience would have trouble with. You must have strong data entry, attention to detail and typing skills.

This is NOT a remote or hybrid position and requires at least one 8pm and one 10pm shift per week as well as every other Saturday.

Verification - Case Review Specialist - Job Responsibilities:

• Receive call transfers from intake representatives to verify information with potential clients.
• Stay up to date on all case criteria.
• Make follow up calls for missing items or document retrieval.
• Be compassionate, empathetic, reassuring and patient while talking to prospective clients.
• Organize follow up tasks for missing items.
• Must be extremely detail oriented.
• Build a story line and verify facts regarding this situation.
• Provide high levels of customer service and answer customer service or intake related questions prospective clients may have.

Verification Specialist - Required Work Experience:

• MUST have above average attention to detail skills - this should already be
• Accurate typing and data entry is a must while speaking with a live client.
• STRONG, above average data entry and computer skills. You will have 2 - 34 inch monitors broken up into 4 workspaces and all of that digital real estate will be used while speaking with the client.
• Must have experience in some type of highly detailed workflow such as; Verification or Personal Injury, Workers Comp, SSD/Social Security Disability, Insurance Claims or Mass Tort Legal experience
