Creative Program Manager Jobs

SUMMARY

The “oil” for the Creative team to keep projects on track and on time. You will be working with cross functional partners, across the portfolio of our brands, to ensure clear communication of deliverables and projects remain on schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive projects to meet deadlines/budget
• Strategic planning of creative deliverables that support each brand’s product launch, including but not limited to the development of creative tool kits to ensure brand consistency
• Identify process improvement/workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently across multiple brands
• Primary point of contact for all creative projects, managing high-level tasks and timelines
• Contributes to the advancement and actualization of Kendo’s diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments
• Leads bi-monthly meetings with cross functional partners to review tool kits and strategy
• Creates individual project timelines to ensure each project remains on track

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines
• Proficient knowledge Adobe Creative Suite, ProofHQ, and WorkFront (or other project management software)
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in project management at an agency or retail
• PMP Certification a plus
