Creative Manager – Graphic Designer

Position Summary

We’re looking for someone to help revolutionize our marketing design and bring your unique and artistic talents to build our brand awareness and recognition. The Creative Manager – Graphic Designer is a hands-on, conceptual thinker, creator, problem solver, leader, and upbeat do-er. They will be responsible for the development and management of all creative graphics, tools, materials, and project coordination all the way from concept to completion while implementing brand consistency. They will work closely with the Compliance team to ensure creative solutions align with all industry standards and federal regulations. This position is a Corporate-based direct support to teams and departments company-wide with a mission to add value to all divisions production by saving them time with speedy, quality content, tools, and assistance.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure all marketing communications across various channels and departments remain consistent and align with strategic marketing goals.
• Be confident and respectful with strong communication and writing skills; happy to work with various people and personalities in various mortgage departments to bring their requests to life.
• Utilize ticketing system to organize and manage all requests and communications.
• Be reactive, willing, responsive, creative, resourceful, and efficient to ensure task turn times meets and maintains the needs of the company.
• Graphic design and custom creations by request may include but not limited to: learning and development materials, logo design, branding, direct mailers, promotional items, flyers, business cards, email signatures, presentations, social media graphics, photo editing, event assistance.
• Coordination of vendor relationships for management and organization of website development, printing materials, social media accounts, and customer survey platforms.
• Create and manage personal asset library, employee resource portal, while supporting and contributing to additional marketing and mortgage compliance systems.

Position Requirements

·Must include resume and portfolio for consideration

·Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field preferred

·3-5 years of design experience or related deadline-driven positions

·3-5 years of project management experience or related positions

·Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

·Experience with ticketing/project tracking system

·Mortgage-related experience beneficial, but not required

·Be solution-oriented, and supportive in finding solutions to challenges

·Efficiently use your time and balance multiple projects at once

·Positive attitude and energy to work in a fast-paced team environment

·Proactive, excellent attention to detail

·Excellent communication and organization skills

·Must be able to simultaneously focus on big picture and the details
