Creative Freelancer Jobs

Our client, a Global Beauty Brand, is seeking a Creative Freelancer for our Travel Retail Team to cover a maternity leave (ASAP-12/2023). Ideally, candidates are local to Miami, FL to go into the office hybrid, however we are open to remove candidates as well

Responsibilities:

§ Be the key support for multiple brands in the brands' portfolio, working closely with the Store design directors and managers on the LATAM Regional Design Center.

§ Strong design background with ability to follow brand standards. Ability to plan, render and communicate ideas, responsiveness to creative input and great visual sensibilities.

§ Independent worker and decision maker. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work side-by-side with other teams and in smooth completion of project initiatives. Ability to work well in a team environment, propose new ideas, and interact with other departments to obtain current information in an ever-evolving environment on trends, customers, market conditions, etc.

§ Superior organizational skills to handle the details of many projects simultaneously with ability to juggle many pressing priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment.

§ Assist the brand leads as filter/focal point between LATAM local teams & Global/Regional Brand, to keep projects moving forward and on time.

§ Provide “right-hand” support to the ED LATAM Store Design and Visual Merchandising as the liaison between the global brands and the affiliates.

§ Help to organize and submit all required information for the brands in NY to initiate the design process, you will be trained in the project management system, however, must also be proficient in excel.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 3-8+ years of design experience
• Systems (nice to have): Rhinoceros and/or 3D Max
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Systems (must have): AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office –
