Creative Content Writer Jobs

Responsibilities:

· Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand and define their business objectives and requirements.

· Owning copy for brands and categories.

· Tracking and correcting defects of product descriptions and other localized content.

· Proofread and edit content prior to publishing (does it match the brief you’ve been given

· Ensure brand style guidelines are consistently applied.

· Present your work and articulate your design thinking to teammates, product owners and stakeholders.

· Responsible for producing engaging, clear text for different advertising channels such as websites, print ads and catalogs.

· To research brand’s products and come up with smart, creative, and concise copies.

· Perform regular content reviews to ensure quality and accuracy; identify errors and work quickly to resolve them.

· Support promotional initiatives with compelling, and optimized, content that elicits favorable response from customers, e-mail marketing, promotional banners, landing pages.

· Manage, build, and sustain communities on core channel.

· Proactively identify opportunities to take our clients into real-time conversations.

· Participate in status and standups as requested, reporting on workflow, pain points, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate in Journalism, English, Fine Arts, Advertising & Marketing.

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a professional writing environment.

• Expert editorial eye and judgement.

• Knowledge of Adobe Workfront and XD is a bonus.

• Familiarity with American pop culture, lingos, and slangs would be appreciated.

• Proven ability to work in MS Word, Google Docs and MS Excel.

• Demonstrated ability to write on a professional writing level (writing samples needed).

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

• Attention to detail and ability to QA and correct your own work.

• Organizational skills: Proactive and self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team that includes content strategists, web designers and developers and SEO managers.
