Contract: 8 months - possibility to extent

Location: Remote

Commission: 50% profit sharing for creating business courses for our business partners, 25% for collaborative courses, and 5% for other course contributions.

Description:

Learning2Earnings, a visionary e-learning solution platform, is seeking a skilled and experienced Course Developer Expert to join our team. As a Course Developer Expert, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality and impactful courses for our business partners and aiding instructors in developing engaging and effective courses. This is a contract position for a duration of 6 months.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our VP of Sales, CEO, and CTO to ensure alignment of course content with business objectives and technological capabilities. You will work in tandem with the VP of Sales to understand the needs and requirements of our business partners, creating courses that cater to their specific industry and target audience. Additionally, you will engage with our CEO and CTO to incorporate innovative technologies and instructional design techniques to enhance the learning experience and optimize course delivery. Your expertise and insights will contribute to the overall growth and success of Learning2Earnings as we continue to revolutionize e-learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and other professionals to gather input and ensure accurate course content.

• Course Development:
• Create and curate relevant course materials, including multimedia elements, interactive activities, assessments, and supplementary resources.
• Utilize instructional design principles to optimize the learning experience for students, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Implement strategies to enhance learner engagement, interactivity, and knowledge retention.
• Utilize your expertise to design and develop engaging, comprehensive, and well-structured courses that align with Learning2Earnings' standards and objectives.
• Learning Experience Optimization:
• Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials that effectively convey the course content and objectives.

Collaboration and Networking:

• Collaborate with other course builders, content creators, and instructors to leverage collective expertise and ensure cohesive course development.
• Expand professional networks by connecting with industry professionals and staying updated on emerging trends and best practices.
• Implement necessary revisions and improvements based on feedback and assessment data.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough reviews and evaluations of courses to ensure alignment with learning objectives, instructional standards, and quality benchmarks.

Technical Support:

• Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to course delivery and functionality.
• Provide support and training to instructors, students, and users on using the learning management system (LMS) and other relevant technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and expertise in course development and instructional design.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality course materials.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage in effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with various learning management systems (LMS) and course authoring tools.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
