Title: Corporate Learning & Development Strategist

Division & Department: Enterprise Customer Success

Job Status: Full-Time Exempt

Reports to: Manager, Customer Success

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the Central or Pacific time zones in the US


Job Summary

The Corporate Learning & Development Strategist's job is to support clients' utilization of the All Access Pass subscription product for their leadership development programs and culture transformation initiatives. You will partner with an integrated account team, which includes a Client Partner (account owner), Client Engagement Coordinator, Delivery Consultant(s), and All Access Care technical support, to steward, retain, and help expand the client relationship over time.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide orientation to the All Access Pass subscription elements.
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Provide tools, templates, and advice to support client launch and learner engagement.
  • Cross collaboration with product and marketing teams to provide client perspective.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner for the client, responding to client requests and questions and proactively sharing best practices.
  • Align relevant content, people services, and technology and clearly outline an implementation strategy.
  • Contributing to client and team success
  • Task force work to help develop new client engagement tools, templates, and processes.
  • Schedule, coordinate preparation, and co-facilitate business reviews to assess progress, identify strategy modifications/enhancements, and educate client on current people development trends and/or ways to maximize, continue, and/or expand use of their All Access Pass subscription.
  • Assess/confirm desired outcomes, learner profile, and timeline.
  • Account strategy with integrated account team.
  • Driving the medium and high touch client engagement process

You will be part of the FranklinCovey Implementation Strategist team, a group of 30+ full-time employees dedicated to client success. You will share learnings, help others uncover best practices, and grow our collective knowledge in service of our clients. You may occasionally support pre-sale activities. Your client base may be up to 70 clients.


Key Measures

  • Client subscription renewal and expansion, Client retention
  • Client utilization of All Access Pass content, people services, and technology
  • Successful partnership with the integrated account team

Essential Job Functions

  • Able and willing to balance both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
  • Occasional travel for client and internal meetings, <6 times per year.
  • Able to assess client health and consistently drive and demonstrate value with clients.
  • Able to navigate a consultative dialogue by listening, asking questions, and advocating relevant solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience and/or training in the design and administration of corporate learning and/or leadership development programs.
  • 1+ years' experience in account management, sales, business development, consulting, and/or customer success, preferably in corporate learning and/or ed tech.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing subscription retention and growth.
  • Proficient with Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications and comfortable with continuous learning of new technology and functionality.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, EQ, and poise and polish with live or virtual meeting presentation and facilitation.
  • Experience facilitating training of any type in a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of FranklinCovey content.
  • Use of Salesforce or other CRM software and SharePoint.

Location-specific wage information:

California - Anticipated compensation for this position is $90-100k plus up to $18k variable pay. Actual offer may be
outside of this range and will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well
as geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data
