The Support team is a central pillar of our growth strategy, and we are looking for a Corporate IT Administrator who is observant, a team player, should have a willingness to learn and is excited to work with Active Directory, Okta, MDM/UEMs, VPN appliances and more.

You'll support integrations to our growing enterprise, and we believe that we can accomplish this by incorporating many of our systems together and automating what we can. This is your opportunity to join this collaborative team and leave your mark on Constant and the future of Cloud Infrastructure.

What to expect:

• Successfully provision users for both onboarding and terminations
• Partner with cybersecurity on cybersecurity compliance for software integrations and the review of user requests.
• Support Corporate IT infrastructure, office networking, security updates and patching
• Support remote employees with IT equipment setup, work with urgency and a strong dedication to customer service for our internal customers.
• Independently manage Active Directory, Okta, Palo Alto VPN, G-Suite, MDM, 3CX PBX, and Teleport.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Familiarity with Okta and SSO (SAML 2.0)
• Be able to work independently on all of the above
• 3CX or other PBX experience preferred
• Atlassian Suite Administrator experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to think strategically about solutions
• Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, ServiceNow or other ticketing software
• In depth knowledge of Windows Desktop / Mac / Linux / Windows Server 2016-2022
• G-suite Administration
• Some networking experience (Palo Alto or Cisco Preferred)
• VMWare Workspace One, Ivanti Neurons for MDM or other MDM
• Teleport Server Access experience preferred.
• Experience or Willingness to learn some Bash, Powershell or batch scripting
• Lead with a customer first attitude and work with urgency to get the job done and done right the first time.
• Strong communication skills within a team and with internal employees

Compensation

$55,000 - $75,000

This salary can vary based on location, years of experience, background and skill set.
