Automotive Dealership Representative Jobs

Mike Bass Ford is actively searching for a results-driven and ambitious Automotive Business Development team member for our Business Development (BD) department. As one of the largest Ford dealers in Northeast Ohio, our internet team has the opportunity to connect with an abundance of digitally-driven leads, across various platforms.
Responsibility Summary

• Confirm daily sales appointments with prospects
• Conduct outreach to those that do not show for their appointment and attempt to set a new date and time
• Maintain communication with customers via email, text, chat, and phone
• Answer phone calls from customers and seek to schedule appointments
• Collaborate with sales team on ensuring scheduled appointments are handled with the highest level of customer service
• Execute on sending quality responses to leads from digital sources (i.e., website, chat, etc.) in a timely manner

Position Requirements

• A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including proper phone etiquette
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time as part of your daily work environment
• Prior experience in a sales role (specifically automotive sales) is preferred, but not required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug test are required
