Job Description
LaSalle Network is working with a leading global education company to find an Open Enrollment Specialist to join their team for their annual enrollment season. As part of their team, you will play a crucial role in assisting their employees navigate the complex process of selecting the right insurance plans.


As an Open Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to individuals seeking information and assistance with their healthcare benefit options during the open enrollment period. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while supporting clients.


Open Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities:


  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about current healthcare regulations, policy changes and plan updates
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding open enrollment processes, healthcare plans, coverage options and related topics
  • Assist callers in navigating online enrollment portals and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
  • Listen attentively to client concerns, address their questions and offer personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Provide detailed information on various insurance plans, including eligibility criteria, benefits, costs and enrollment deadlines


Open Enrollment Specialist Requirements:


  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak enrollment periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and web-based applications
  • Previous employee benefits knowledge is a plus
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an excellent phone etiquette
  • Adaptable to changing policies, procedures and healthcare regulations
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills
