Truterra Program Enrollment Analyst

Description:

The Truterra Program Enrollment Analyst is responsible for overseeing the tracking and reporting of farmer enrollment in services and programs offered by Truterra. This role will be accountable for understanding the status that farmers are in as they move through the climate smart services engagement and enrollment journey, starting with participation in a farmer interest survey, through the program eligibility and enrollment process for the associated programs. Through collaboration with other business stakeholders, along with leveraging technology solutions that house data associated with a farmer’s enrollment journey, this role will oversee a central point of truth tied to reporting a farmer’s enrollment status and ensuring all teams have awareness and visibility to key insights.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning strategy and approach to managing the enrollment grower journey and developing new processes, leveraging technology and analytics, to improve workflows for Truterra team members accountable for execution
  • Tracking and reporting on grower contract progress and executed contracts tied to program enrollment to key members of the business and the field.
  • Supporting WFU - status reporting and PowerBI
  • Working cross functionally to support new program process tracking and associated metrics needed to support other members of the services and data team
  • Developing strategy and ownership tied to building out PowerBI dashboards for enrollment purposes
  • Owning the development and management of new processes to streamline data movement and integrations associated with program enrollment and tracking to provide operational efficiencies
  • Establishing visualization and reporting tools and methods that deliver key insights in digestible ways to Truterra team members, including proposing new solutions and strategies that might not be established within the business yet
  • Envisioning and proposing new ways to simplify processes to meet a scaling and growing business and the associated operational needs tied to farmer engagement
  • Providing regular updates to business team members and key stakeholders on farmer status
  • Leveraging document management systems (DocuSign) to support program execution and associated downstream activities dependent on contract signatures and own the storage of these documents after executed.
  • Developing new data tracking metrics including acres of engagement, survey’s taken, program targets and progress towards milestones
  • Supporting other business units at Land O’Lakes with status reporting and data to support goal setting and measurement towards achievement of those goals

Required Experience & Education:

  • Technical acumen and integration workflow experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to think and process feedback efficiently and effectively communicate to all audiences in an easy manner.
  • Ability to prioritize time to meet demanding and competing deadlines across business stakeholders
  • 7 or more years of experience in data analytics, visualization, reporting, project management or process development - required
  • GIS and spatial data experience preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience serving as a delivery lead/owner for data related business needs - required
  • Technical acumen and integration workflow experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related - required
  • Analytically minded and self-starter while still able to work with agility.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Technology Stack (Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI) - required
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong process analysis and systematic thinking skills and the ability to consistently deliver targeted business outcomes
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, multiple projects concurrently and work within tight deadlines. Strong collaborative, proactive and interpersonal skills

Salary is negotiable based on experience: $99,520 - $149,280
