About The Role
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who loves technology and entertainment for the position of Contracts Application Manager. They are a proactive team player with a head for process, a pragmatic, strategic approach to problem solving and self-starter attitude. They will be non-political, with the ability to serve stakeholders across different business and functional teams. They will work effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies, identify and manage pain points, and assist with corrective action and planning processes.
The ideal candidate is not a bystander. They are curious and engaged, willing to jump in to solve problems even when things feel very ambiguous. Our industry changes quickly, so we expect a great candidate to be comfortable responding quickly to changing business needs, knowing their own success comes when the team succeeds.
For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $89,000 and $172,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.

About The Role
Roku, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contracts Application Manager to join its Legal team. The ideal candidate will work closely with Roku’s Legal and cross-functional teams managing Roku’s contracting system, Ironclad, including the implementation of new workflow designs and functionalities in accordance with Roku legal requirements, corporate policies and governance. They are a proactive team player with a head for process, a pragmatic, strategic approach to problem solving and self-starter attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and execute on the Contract Systems & Operations team’s technology roadmap, including Ironclad and Salesforce builds, maintenance, and troubleshooting, in close coordination with Roku’s Legal team
• Participate in the planning, management and execution of systems projects
• Assist contracts management team and other Roku teams with ad hoc projects as assigned
• Utilize expert level knowledge of Salesforce and Ironclad system architecture, provide developed best practices to scale the Roku Salesforce and Ironclad instances across multiple business units
• Troubleshoot and resolve ad hoc issues and bugs
• Design and maintain all aspects of Ironclad and related Salesforce integrations
• Serves as SME Ironclad expert within the organization
• Provide business analysis for process improvement and operational excellence in respect to CLM tools
• Follow internal policies and standard operating procedures related to contract management tools while maintaining confidentiality
• Handle daily maintenance tasks
• Respond timely to all inquiries
• Contributes business value by staying up to date on new features, automating complex business processes, ensuring the system is clean and efficient, and monitors new releases
• Propose innovative ways to streamline operations via tooling solutions and follow through on implementing new processes

• Ability to work well with some oversight and be aware of when/how to ask for assistance from senior team members or flag risks that need addressed
• Comfort with using electronic tools to facilitate and participate in meetings with colleagues located in various time zones
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
• Experience with Ironclad, Salesforce, SharePoint, and DocuSign
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, utilizing effective organizational skills to prioritize and manage deadlines for multiple stakeholders

Specific background should include

• At least 2-3 years of Ironclad or relevant CLM experience
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-department and cross-functional role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience
