OVERVIEW:
This role will lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the enterprise. The CI Consultant will partner and support with our functions and segments to coach and deliver problem solving solutions based in Lean methodologies. This role will also have responsibility for facilitating training sessions to build and embed CI capabilities across the enterprise. Additionally, this role will partner with and support our Transition Services team in executing right work right place work transitions in the most efficient and effective way.

The CI Consultant role will report into the Global Shared Services (GSS) Center for Continuous Improvement organization.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Provide CI capability ownership, facilitation, and mapping
  • Lead communities of practice
  • Provide strong business partnership and proactively identify CI opportunities
  • Lead and support enterprise-wide projects that accelerate business results
  • Build capabilities through training and hands on execution
  • Leverage industry leading practices
  • Support work transitions with the activation of our CI capabilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven ability to effectively navigate a matrixed, global organization
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Keen learner, process driven, and strong bias for action
  • Ability to influence without authority and facilitate group meetings/trainings of all sizes
  • 5+ years of process improvement related work experience
  • Comfort in challenging the status quo and providing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Comfortable and flexible when dealing with ambiguity and/or change
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment
  • PMP certification

  • This role requires that the selected employee is able to work in the US in an on-going fashion without company assistance.
  • This role is a remote friendly role that will require occasional travel that is consistent with our Work with Heart policy.
