Job Description

Reports to:Plant Manager


Location:Kansas, relocation available

Job Overview:

As a Continuous Improvement Leader you will be leading the development and implementation of the manufacturing tools, machines and processes. Your technical skills will help you develop technical solutions for business problems including tooling, methods and process controls.

Your ability to develop and sustain a kaizen event roadmap will contribute to the company's capability advancement.


Background Profile:

  • Experience in rubber or related industry
  • 5+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to accurately assess business and operational metrics
  • Experience in lean tools and structured problem solving
  • Experience in extrusion - highly preferred
