Job Description

Beneva Group has recently been engaged by a leading Packaging company to identify their next Continuous Improvement Manager. This individual will drive the implementation of the company’s production system across several pillars of Operational Excellence, providing leadership and coaching that result in productivity excellence and well-being for all plant employees.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of practical experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Continuous Improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred or in a significantly related field such as business or supply chain
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong data analysis abilities
  • Ability to educate, communicate with, and work with all levels of manufacturing employees
  • 4+ years of manufacturing operations experience and continuous flow manufacturing; experience in rigid plastics plastics strongly preferred


Location:

This position is based in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Relocation assistance available.
