Job Description

Our Content & Community Manager is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the company's and clients' overall social media strategies in order to support and improve online presence and engage new and existing followers. You will be the main point of contact and brand voice on all digital platforms, primarily Instagram and Tiktok.

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Familiarity with scheduling platforms (we currently use Planoly).
  • Research and plan dynamic hashtag strategies unique to each account.
  • Management of social media for 4-6 brands at a time, including company social media.
  • Monitor brand mentions.
  • Maintain knowledge of what's changing on social networks and in the industry. When shifts or new trends occur, have the ability to react and respond accordingly.
  • Creation and scheduling of content calendar(s).
  • Work with our Social Media team to develop, implement and manage social media strategies and plans.
  • Pull stats and data to measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Work with PR team to manage relationships and campaigns with social media influencers.
  • Understanding of trends and ability to apply them to clients, when relevant, in a timely manner.
  • Ability to test new strategies, new content, and new campaigns with measurable results.
  • Act as day-to-day client contact for agency’s social accounts and lead meetings with strong presentation skills.
  • Create social media content including reels, graphics, and more.
  • Define the most important social media KPIs to help measure our success.

  • 2-3 references
  • Proficient with strategy across Instagram and TikTok
  • Familiarity with Meta Business
  • Remote working setup
  • Experience with hospitality social media
  • 21+
