Wing Woman is a Tampa-based brand management and public relations agency. We are looking to hire a content assistant to curate client content and implement strategy. This is a part-time remote position of 15 hours/week to begin immediately with the opportunity to grow. The compensation is $15-$20/hour based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement, reach, conversions, and follower growth
- Collaborate with the PR team to align social media efforts with broader marketing and PR initiatives
- Monitor and analyze social media trends
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and YouTube) and content avenues (such as email marketing platforms).
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging platforms, and evolving social media trends to provide strategic recommendations to clients
- Stay up-to-date with platform-specific best practices, algorithm updates, and new features, adapting strategies accordingly.

- Ability to deliver a high-quality of work on time
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Qualifications:
There are no specific qualifications required. However, a demonstration of the required skills and passion for marketing and media is essential. Relevant degrees and work experience is desirable.
