• Monitor and manage multiple social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Curate and share user-generated content that showcases our products/services and fosters community engagement.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of social media campaigns and contests.
• Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms using appropriate tools or platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing assets for social media posts.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates.
• Social Media Campaign Support:
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and suggest actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and assets needed for campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports summarizing key findings, trends, and recommendations to improve social media effectiveness.
• Content Creation and Curation:
