Job Description

We’re hiring a full-time, hard-working Construction Field Assistant to help us get more projects done! You’ll assist with forward planning, ensuring job site cleanliness, and coordinating home preparation for move-in. Compensation:

$60,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Document job changes and daily construction work tasks to assist the project manager with paperwork
  • Finalize home completions and walk homes or buildings with the construction manager and the client
  • Prepare materials for returns, fill out purchase orders, receive on-site material deliveries, remove debris, and handle waste removal properly
  • Take part in the forward planning process to ensure the building will be well-maintained in the future
  • Ensure maintenance of a clean job site, watering the yard as needed to create a good exterior appearance
Qualifications:
  • History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Able to work outdoors for long periods of time, and be able to climb ladders and stairs
  • Understand some basic skills and construction methods and know how to use some construction tools and equipment
