We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Community Coordinator to join our team. This role will work alongside Product, Sales and Marketing to bring innovative and impactful creator campaigns to life. You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional internal departments as well as externally with creators, artists and marketing teams. Additionally, you will coordinate other various tasks such as updating our robust creator database and working with the product team to improve the platform.
What you’ll do
- Launch and manage creator campaigns from ideation to execution to reporting
- Listen to, identify, and understand the needs and asks of creators, manage CRM software and provide best in class support
- Develop and execute creator marketing strategies and creative campaigns
- Provide weekly updates for status meetings, including developing and regularly updating status sheets
- Identify and track new potential creators and agencies for outreach
- Monitor campaigns regularly to understand efficiency of strategy, creator acquisition, and success while optimizing results
- Manage creator campaigns for all brand partnership deals, working with internal teams, brands and agencies
- Review and approve campaigns, providing creative feedback and social media best practices

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to optimally work in a fast-paced environment with both creative- and business-oriented colleagues and partners
- 1-2+ years of experience in a relevant field, i.e. social media, digital marketing, brand marketing, preferably with a creative agency, influencer agency or entertainment company
- Strong organizational, communication, and data entry skills
- Attention to detail and deadlines and able to prioritize multiple tasks
