Challenges You Will Solve

We are looking for a detail oriented, analytical and results driven Commissions Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team focusing on our go-to-market strategy. The Revenue Operations department at Red Canary is responsible for the strategy, insights, processes and tools for our revenue-facing go-to-market teams. You’ll have a unique opportunity to play a role in calculation, analysis and maintenance of the commission compensation plans. The role will work closely with members of the FP&A, Accounting and Sales organizations while reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations.

What You'll Do

• Work with the Finance, Accounting, and Sales departments to help track, view and maintain accurate data concerning performance and variable impact on targeted behaviors
• Calculate and process accruals for monthly payouts and work with accounting to maintain accruals
• Provide support to the Sales Operations team by delivering timely and accurate reporting and analysis of financial performance
• Administer and maintain variable plans across the Revenue and Marketing organizations
• Administer commissions calculation software, SPIF, to process commission payouts and interact with commissionable team regarding any questions and data issues
• Analyze sales performance results and make recommendations to Finance, Sales and RevOps leadership for process improvement
• Submit commissions and variable pay to Payroll on a monthly basis to adhere to payroll deadlines

What You'll Bring

• Preferred: Experience with SPIF, Salesforce a plus
• 2+ years of experience working with commission plans with quota bearing reps
• Proven ability to provide deliverables while navigating ambiguity
• Preferred: Experience at a growth stage SaaS company
• Organized with a strong attention to detail

Targeted Compensation Range: $82,000 - $85,000 + bonus and equity
