- Work with commercial India support teams to develop and execute omnichannel initiatives, including pre-campaign analysis and planning, campaign management, testing, post-campaign strategy, and continuous optimization.
- Ownership of the country's Profit and Loss (P&L) statement and drive commercial optimization to improve results.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager
- Work with commercial India support teams to architect and implement best-in-class campaigns and omnichannel initiatives across various marketing channels.
- Utilize creative thinking to continuously optimize initiatives and prioritize return on investment (ROI).
- Provide input for the marketing strategy specific to the India market and translate it into tactical plans for execution.
- Work closely and partnership with Paula's Choice Global Divisions such as; Brand, Supply Chain, Social Content, etc,
- Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the India market, keeping a pulse on what is popular and relevant.
- Focus on sustainability and impact on the planet.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities and partnerships to establish, develop, and maintain collaborations to grow the India market.
- Ownership of building the yearly budget
- Work with commercial India support teams to plan B2B activities, working with external partners and influencers.
- Develop Go-to-Market models for different channel partnerships, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset.
- Ownership of setting 3-year strategic plans for the region
- Actively network and engage with potential partners to build awareness and enhance our presence in India.
- Status: Full-time
- Location: Fully remote within the US
- Hours: Typical PST business hours will require some flexibility. candidate can work in sprints, flexible hours to meet business needs of clients
- Physical requirements: Ability to both sit & handle screen time for long periods of screen time
- Travel requirements: Up to 15% travel - Seattle Team Meetings (Quarterly) - India Trip
- Experience with India Market and India beauty market is desirable but not mandatory
- Open-minded, flexible, and agile in thinking and working.
- Result-oriented mindset with a constant focus on optimization and identifying new opportunities.
- Experience in the beauty/skincare industry is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, influencing and motivating others to achieve desired outcomes.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a comparable commercial role.
- Eager to learn and stay updated within the field of commercial management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) environments or consumer brands is a plus.
- Strong background in omnichannel strategies and implementation.
