We are an agile team with continuous integration and you will be responsible for designing and building many of the new components. Logistics provides many of the toughest problems to solve in industry. The problem space spans many challenges on which the customer experience is dependent, including forecasting demand, network route pathfinding, data analysis, and building, scaling, and improving tools. Pandion is looking for a Product Manager to help define, build, and expand Pandion’s logistics and transportation platform. You will be executing on our must have features and developing and leading innovative roadmaps to create scale, resilience and agility into our logistics and transportation systems.
You will be driving consensus while forging a path forward to deliver a roadmap that everyone can rally around in our fast-paced organization while working with a team of other hardworking and motivated professionals. You will partner closely with Product & Engineering, Analytics, Finance, Operations, and Revenue Operations to prioritize and execute against the roadmap. Candidates should possess a natural curiosity about how the industry and business operates and want to become the “glue” and pivotal connection between various stakeholder teams.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping web and/or mobile apps that users love.
• At least 2 years experience working as a Product Manager at a startup.
• You can navigate a dataset, write enough SQL to answer rudimentary questions, and understand the fundamentals of ETL
• B2B product development experience
• Experience leveraging primary and secondary research to inform business strategy and direction

Preferred Experience

• Supply chain, retail, ecommerce, or logistics experience preferred

Estimated Salary of $140,000-$160,000 per year + Equity + Benefits
