Reporting to the Assistant Dean (a CUNY Research Foundation position) or their designee, the successful candidate will be committed to college access and facilitate effective program management, planning, leadership and partnerships. They will be a motivated team player with the ability to deliver a high level of support to high school and CUNY campuses, to work through barriers/challenges to designing high quality, student-centered educational programs. - Identify and analyze the strategic goals and priorities to ensure program metrics are met.
- Manage, train, develop, and evaluate the team of College Now staff who work at the K16 office to bridge CUNY and NYC high schools to ensure the highest possible customer service.

- Facilitate and manage a professional learning community to effectively engage, cultivate, and provide opportunities for knowledge-sharing; provide technical and program guidance to CUNY staff, high school staff and students to support the development and implementation of classes and experiences aligned with noted college and career pathways.
- Organize, lead, and participate in College Now sponsored meetings, conferences and related events/activities with various CUNY offices to implement College Now funded campus-based projects, and foster teamwork, collaboration and communication across campus participants, including project directors, students and staff.
- Develop, document and maintain necessary articulation agreements and ensure curriculum alignment, in addition to developing relevant data tracking protocols and reporting systems consistent with NYC Public Schools and CUNY.
- Partner with administrators and key stakeholders, including high schools, community-based groups, consultants, funders, industry partners and other partner organizations across New York City to support the delivery and expansion of College Now initiatives in service of NYC students across early college credit experiences.
