Job Description
Long Island Speech is looking for a committed collections assistant to aid our company with the recovery of outstanding payments.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma equivalent required
  • Communicate directly with patients regarding their financial responsibility from services at Long Island Speech.
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • Status for management of accounts.
  • Assist with other billing/collection duties, as needed.
  • Document all calls timely and accurately.
  • Manage outstanding self-pay accounts.
  • Establish payment arrangements per company policy.
