Co-Founder / Chief Technology Officer

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CTO to join our team by launching, building and leading the development and implementation of the company while riding shotgun to our CEO, Nick Bowman. The ideal candidate will have passion for technology, scrappiness for being part of a founding team and a proven track record of developing and delivering innovative solutions that deliver real business value. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the technical operations of the company, including infrastructure, data management and security
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and innovations and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate
• Work closely with other departments, including product development, sales and marketing to ensure that technology solutions meet the needs of the business
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the executive team, helping to make informed decisions that impact the company’s technology vision and strategy
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and provide technical guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s overall strategy and vision
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business goals and identify areas where technology can provide solutions and improve processes
• Manage and mentor a team of technology professionals, including software engineers, data scientists and infrastructure experts
• Work with corporate partners to maintain HIPPA and Cyber Security compliance standards
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions that meet the needs of the business and its customers
• Manage technology budgets and resources, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Your Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in technology leadership positions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering innovative technology solutions that drive business growth
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and experience with multiple programming languages concerning encryption, 0Auth, web scraping, and data analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team of technical experts
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (if you have impressive experience and no degree, please apply)
