Job Description
Ultrisium is a physical community network that empowers individuals to grow both personally and professionally. There’s a multi-prong approach to this. Through shared life experiences (entertainment, social events, excursions), hybrid community, and our entrepreneurial coaching and consulting services we aim to build bonds and give individuals the resources they need to succeed while making their life a bit easier to navigate with access.
Our target market is the up and coming founder, CEOs, and creators of tomorrow (20-28).
Ultrisium is pre-seed/pre-revenue stage and in the process of building key strategic B2B relationships, while carefully setting the framework which our initial community will grow off of.
**Compensation**
-30% Equity - Vested stock option
-1,000$ monthly compensation or housing and living expenses
-Free access to business and entrepreneurial coaching partner courses

**About the position**
•This is a co-founder role and applicants with the following focuses will be considered:
-Technical
-Operations
-Communications and Client satisfaction
-Marketing and Sales
-Community / Network
-Finance
-Club promotion
-Entertainment
•Applicants must:
- At least one year of experience in the focus areas listed above, entrepreneurship,
OR;
completed training, education, coaching, or mentorship programs with focus on entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, communication, or other relevant subjects.
-Be able to communicate in public forums in English with projected confidence.
-Understanding of sales processes, CRM, KPIs, and ability to analyze this information.
-Be up to date / remain up to date with the latest related trends related to entrepreneurship, remote work, Gen-Z, entertainment.
-Energetic about bringing others together and providing members with the tools, resources, and experiences needed for growth.
-An extreme interest in building community and socializing with likeminded individuals with similar aspirations.
-Able to work with a team, clients, and partners in which an extreme age gap may exist (target client is twenties)
-Skills/abilities/Qualifications:
-Strong sense of initiative
- Must be able to remain flexible and able to adjust direction or actions frequently.
-Capable of operating without direction guidance or supervision.
-Strategic Thinker: Must be able to help identify future opportunities, goals, and make decisions that lead to the long term success of Ultrisium.
-Financial Literacy: Must have a significant understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and making decisions to remain within established budgets and achieve goals.
-Marketing/Sales/Communication:
Must be able to build and maintain healthy relationships with partners, prospective members, investors, and team members.
Should have an understanding of how to successfully promote our brand and services and utilize social media to expand reach and prospective opportunities.
Leadership: Able to empower and motivate others to reach a common goal.
**Daily Responsibilities*
-CTO:
-Develop and maintain technology, software, and systems vital to operation.
-Advise non technical staff on these matters
-Maintain and lead a tech and development team
Be a source of inspiration and innovation for -company
-Travel
Non-Tech Roles:
-Conducting market research
-Communication with club members and maintaining those relationships
-Manage and fulfill day to day Ops
-Managing and facilitating communication on online communication/community platforms
-Connecting and communicating with investors
-Expanding business opportunities and forming strategic partnerships
-Acquisition of club benefits, perks, and experiences for members
-Social media engagement and operation (content production, decisions, social media management)
-Key strategic decision making
-Financial budgeting and planning
-Sales
-Travel
