Role Overview:
As the CTO at HEALLY, you will be responsible for spearheading our technical initiatives, overseeing the development process, and providing strategic guidance to ensure the achievement of our goals. You will work closely with the executive team and collaborate with a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. We are seeking a visionary leader who possesses strong coding skills, startup experience, and exceptional leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
Define the company's technical roadmap and vision, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
Lead the development of innovative and scalable software solutions that meet market demands and drive growth.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application to enhance our products and services.
Team Management:
Build and lead a talented team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the development team, ensuring their professional growth and success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product management and design, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of projects.
Project Execution:
Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to implementation and deployment.
Drive the delivery of high-quality software products within defined timelines and budgetary constraints.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
Technical Expertise:
Actively participate in coding and development activities, leading by example and contributing to the team's output.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to resolve complex issues and challenges.
Conduct regular code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain code quality and scalability.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a technical founder, CTO, or in a similar leadership role within a startup environment.
Strong background in software development, with expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing development teams.
Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, cloud computing, and database management.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovation and delivering successful software products.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
