Job Responsibilities

• Answer client questions about medical tests and procedures
• Confirm patient appointments and courteously handle incoming calls
• Explain financial requirements to clients and enter payments into the system
• Provide instructions to clients for examinations and procedures
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel client appointments as needed

Additional Information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of mental health terminology and medical insurance plans
• Post-high school education is advantageous
• Previous experience in a health clinic is required
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good telephone etiquette
