Position: Sales Representative - USA (Part-Time and Remote)

Location: We are seeking a part-time sales professional to handle operations in the USA. This role can be based in Taiwan (where our company headquarters are located) or within the USA.

Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced part-time with a commission-based compensation structure salesperson to oversee our USA operations.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the hospitality industry, specifically with connections to high-end hotels, restaurants, wine bars, and online platforms. Holding a wine-related certification is essential to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products

Responsibility

• Quarterly Forecasting: Evaluate and deliver accurate sales forecasts on a quarterly basis to help steer our strategic planning and inventory management.
• Weekly Meeting: Attend weekly updates meetings with the brand team, either in person or online.
• Distributor & Physical Channel Expansion: Use your existing connections within the hospitality industry to expand our distributor network and physical sales channels across the USA, with a specific focus on high-end hotels, restaurants, wine bars and online platforms.
• Performance Goals Assurance: Drive the achievement of sales targets in your region, implementing our sales strategy and meeting financial objectives.
• After-Sale Service & Customer Satisfaction/Compilation: Oversee after-sales service and support, ensuring stakeholder and customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with distributors and key opinion leaders.
• Wine-related certification is mandatory. (e.g., WSET L2)
• Strong understanding of the US market and its dynamics.
• At least 3 years of proven work experience in the hospitality industry, with established connections in high-end hotels, restaurants, wine bars and online platforms.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meets).
