Lead Clinical Systems Analyst Jobs

Experience in biotech or CRO finance environment

Knowledge of CFR and GCP/ICH requirements, as well as European Clinical Trial Directive

Support clinical finance team as needed.

Minimum 2 years of financial experience including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Experience with a payment system and processes

Demonstrated skills in detail oriented work with high accuracy

Enterprise Content Management systems (OnBase, Documentum, FileNet, Docuware, Zoho Docs, etc)

Customer Communication Management systems (xPressions, OpenText Output Server, Content Composer)

Customer Relationship Management systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Pipedrive, Active Campaign)

SDLC processes and frameworks, including traditional project management and agile development processes

2+ years Life insurance experience/knowledge preferred

Implements system studies to assist organization to realize maximum benefit from investments in vendor platforms and related business processes.

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with management, peers, customers, and stakeholders

4+ years of experience working in clinical systems, including LIMS, eCTD, eTMF, EDC and eQMS

3+ years of experience working as a business analyst, including writing documentation and drafting workflow diagrams

Experience providing verbal and written presentations and communications

Knowledge of GCP and governing regulations, such as the TMF Reference Model, GAMP5 for Computer Systems Validation, and 21CFR Part 11

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Responsible for providing analyst leadership, direction, and project management for small to medium-sized projects.

Knowledge of patient care setting and clinical practice by profession or experience.

Relevant work experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required degree.

Responsible for all systems planning, development, and implementation, including new systems, upgrades, and enhancements.

Writes, creates and preserves reports, queries, and data related to clinical & business applications.

Associates degree in information systems, Informatics, Business Administration, Nursing, or appropriate clinical or business field REQUIRED.

Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience (such as 2 additional years of relevant experience) required.

Minimum 2 years of clinical systems experience required.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or Healthcare related field, preferred.
