Manage WittKieffer’s Editorial Board meetings and deliver regular progress reports.

1-2 years of people leadership experience.

General understanding of and interest in healthcare, life sciences, and education, as well as talent-related themes.

1+ years of experience in content creation, editorial coordination, or related field in the publishing or media industry.

Experience with Salesforce & Excel.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Support editors on publications to ensure that they are relevant, scientifically accurate (fact check) and grammatically correct.

5-7+ years in a social media management, strategy, or editorial role

Management or oversight across multiple social handles or large ecosystem

Familiarity with social media and project management tooling: Sprinklr, PowerBI, SharePoint and others

Play a key role in our digital research efforts aimed at optimizing content production and promotion

Pitch and help monitor progress on new editorial initiatives and franchises

At least 3 years of at a major publisher managing an editorial calendar across multiple verticals

You’ll work directly with the Senior Manager to develop client teams and share employees effectively.

You’ll collect and record institutional knowledge about each client share with team as relevant.
