Job Description
A Day in the Life


The Client Services Supervisor provides direct guidance, supervision and support to the Client Services Coordinators and support staff. Assists the Client Services Manager with any assigned tasks and is responsible for vendor compliance. The Client Services Supervisor is detailed oriented, consistently delivers project completion on time, has excellent management skills that can inspire a true team atmosphere.

Join our team and be part of our new facility in Henderson, Nevada! Training will take place in our Chino facility in Southern California and length will be dependent upon the role!


The following schedule is available for this role:


Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm


Starting Pay:


$61,500-$76,750 annually

What You’ll Bring to the Role:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background& drug tests)
  • Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety
  • Excellent technical capabilities with proficiency to learn internal and external software systems
  • Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities. 
  • Experience in leading personnel to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with a minimum of direction, and be extremely detail oriented


The Must Haves:


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Must have 2+ years’ experience in a logistics environment as a customer service representative;3PL a plus
  • Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, sitting for long periods of time, occasionally walking and standing, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated area and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc. when stepping into the warehouse


Things You Will be Doing


  • Acts as the liaison between the clients and NRI operations by communicating and monitoring client priorities and escalations
  • Communicates, monitors and drives goals and performance metrics to meet client SLA’s
  • Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Ensures the training and development of team members  
  • Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
  • Performs other duties as requested
  • Manages client relationships by effectively handling all client interactions, including higher level troubleshooting issues and collaborating with other departments
  • Communicates expectations and provides regular feedback on performance
