Location Requirements:

Must reside within 50 miles of our Las Vegas location. 420 Pilot Rd, Las Vegas NV, 89119

This is a work-at-home position, the location requirement is to ensure you are able to come to the site if there is required training, coaching and development or equipment issues.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound service calls
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications
  • Navigate through multiple systems
  • Ongoing training and skill development

Qualifications:

  • Problem solving with a can-do attitude
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • Enjoy working with a team as well as independently
  • Eager to advance your career with a reliable company
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
  • High school diploma (or GED equivalent)

The primary function of the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) agent is to receive, review and process calls regarding losses incurred by the member. Callers may have be calling from the scene of an accident, report storm damage, a theft or other loss.

  • Have a high school diploma (higher education preferred)
  • Committed to driving customer satisfaction
  • Pass a criminal background check and drug test in accordance to the laws in your state
  • Have the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and are detail oriented
  • Are 18+ years of age
  • Are compassionate, understanding, and willing to show empathy with callers who are experiencing a difficult situation
