Job Description
Overview
A Little About our Awesome Company:
Behavioral Innovations (BI) was founded in 2000 around a passion for helping children with autism. Since that time, BI has developed numerous center-based programs across multiple states and has become a premier choice for treatment. With a commitment to evidence-based interventions and behavioral supports, BI has changed the lives of children and families by delivering the finest Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy available for childhood intervention. BI’s vision is a community in which all children achieve their full potential. The company strives to be trusted by clients, a valued partner in the community and creators of positive change. BI accomplishes its vision by providing client-centered, evidence-based behavioral therapy for children with autism in a nurturing learning environment.
Your Work and How You’ll Make a Difference:
Fast Growing Healthcare Company Seeks Key Team Member to Help Advise Prospective Clients!
A child's autism diagnosis affects every member of the family in different ways. Parents/caregivers must now place their primary focus on helping their child with ASD, which may put stress on their marriage, other children, work, finances, and personal relationships and responsibilities. You will talk with parents who are experiencing all of those emotions and challenges. Your role is to offer an empathetic ear, embody a sincere desire to understand their needs, and provide information to help them make the best decision for their child and family. As the initial voice of our organization with prospective clients, you have an opportunity to convert a concerned parent or family member to a comforted potential BI client. You will map out the journey they will undertake with Behavioral Innovations to get help for their child and work through that journey with them every step of the way. If you don’t have the information to assist a parent, you will be able to leverage internal resources to help you resolve issues and find solutions for families. BI’s commitment to our Client Intake Advocates is to give you all of the tools you need to succeed. You will review a client’s medical history and autism diagnosis to ensure that there are no delays in enrollment and be privy to and responsible for highly sensitive and confidential information.
What we are looking for!
  • Empathetic individuals who can authentically connect with parents and advocate for their children throughout the client journey
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is preferred
  • Experience with intake and/or sales, as you will respond to inbound calls/making outbound calls
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Someone who embodies BI’s Core Values: Caring, Collaborative, Accountable and Family-focused
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments to coordinate client appointments and documentation needs to allow for quick client enrollment
  • Drive to anticipate future intake and admissions process milestones and proactively mitigate issues that could delay onboarding new clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Individuals with the highest integrity in all interactions internally and externally
  • Highly productive and energized candidates who are quick learners and comfortable in a fast-paced, continually changing, and results-oriented environment
Why Choose Behavioral Innovations?
  • Hourly Pay
  • Health and Dependent Care FSA (Flexible Spending Account)
  • Company paid Long-term Disability
  • Employee Discounts to health clubs, movies, concerts and more
  • Bonus Plan
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits
