Client Insights Partner Jobs

Work with the most exciting brands in the world to help them see and understand what is happening on the internet. ViralMoment is looking for an experienced, adaptable client insights partner who will quickly contribute across several areas of our growing business.

The Client Insights Partner will report to and work closely with the Chief Delivery Officer to manage ViralMoment’s client service and support. The role’s primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers love and get great value from ViralMoment as we create the future of insights for short-form social videos. Key responsibilities will evolve with the business progresses, and will include the following:

• Support clients with ad-hoc insights requests and reporting
• Assist with trend-surfing - surfacing and reporting on the latest trends across brands and categories
• Prepare and execute insight content for demos, client projects, and content initiatives
• Assisting the CDO in managing curated datasets that tell stories about industries and verticals
• Project scoping, planning, management
• Research & Analytics Ops
• Client communication and coordination
• Planning, operationalizing, and managing a content calendar
• Client onboarding/training / ongoing support
• Producing client-driven reporting, analysis, and other deliverables
• Identifying and suggesting optimizations to workflows/processes/procedures
• Account Management / Client Success
• Product
• Identifying product evolution opportunities and contributing to the product feature pipeline

Strong candidates will have:

• Startup experience
• 2+ years of insights experience and a demonstrated track record of front-line client service in a complex and evolving environment
• Social video experience
