Job Description


Great opportunity for those that are ready to join a dynamic team!


  • Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

  • $18-20+ / hr (that's more than $40K per year, before overtime)


What You'll Do As A Receptionist


  • Calendar management, travel arrangements, and assist in other duties
  • Answer phones
  • Creating shipping labels for FEDEX/USPS


Work Experience


The Preferred Candidate Might OR Might Have:


  • Experience in a fast-paced environment where priorities change on a regular basis
  • High School Diploma, GED, or 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with Quickbooks
  • Be prepared to pass a background check, drug screen, & E-Verify
  • Computer-savvy & experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
