Receptionists
Job Details
  • Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail.
  • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
  • Answer and screen calls in a professional and timely manner; takes accurate message with high degree of professionalism.
  • Welcoming visitors to your office.
  • Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in.
  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing system, files correspondence and other records.
  • Interpersonal communication.
  • Maintaining files.
  • Reviews and responds to daily internal/external mail and overnight packages; send and receives faxes.
  • Time management.
  • Exercises considerable judgement and discretion in handling requests for appointments and telephone calls.
  • Customer service.
  • Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
  • Taking and delivering messages.
