Claims Experience SR Manager, DRP | Remote

We’re looking for a senior-level manager who will oversee all aspects of the Direct Repair Network for our car insurance product.
You’ll be responsible for building the long-term infrastructure of our car repair network, serving as the primary liaison between network shops and all internal stakeholders.

In this role you’ll

• Expand, manage, and onboard Lemonade’s auto program partners
• Collaborate with Claims leadership and adjusting staff to discuss trends and observations for program improvement
• Collaborate with the Product team to identify and build the tools needed to manage partnership integration and ongoing relationships
• Function as a Lemonade brand ambassador to the auto-repair industry and repair shop community
• Train in-network body shops to ensure efficiency and amazing customer experience, and push optimization and urgency towards our program
• Work closely with in-network shops to push innovative models and approaches for faster repair and overall cost reduction for Lemonade

What you’ll need

• Ability and willingness to collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
• Comfortable working remotely
• Proficiency in both Mitchell and CCC – a plus
• 5+ years of auto estimating, with experience handling DRP relationships
