Experience in Tobacco and E-Cigarette is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and manage budgets effectively.
• Maintain brand market order, addressing pricing, product coverage, and counterfeit concerns.
• Uphold company standards and procedures.
• Expand relationships with existing customers, providing solutions that align with their objectives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate on sales strategies and corporate sales targets.
• Tackle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
• Achieve business goals and sales targets within your territory.

Desired Qualifications:

• Exceptional business negotiation skills.
• Minimum of 4+ years' Regional Management and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
