Chief Operating Officer - Integrator

The Chief Operating Officer is a highly motivated, well-spoken person who has tremendous people and problem-solving skills. The Integrator/COO is the second-in-command counterpart to the Visionary/CEO and is responsible for faithfully executing the business plan, achieving or exceeding metrics & objectives, and harmoniously leading, managing, and holding the team accountable for results. The Integrator will ensure the business has the right people in the right seats; effective processes being followed by all; metrics that drive accountability; solid issue-solving capability; and a meeting cadence designed to ensure we achieve the shared vision. The Integrator will take the lead in growing and optimizing the Visionary/Integrator relationship and integrating the tools and techniques needed for business success.

Compensation $120,000+ total compensation + benefits
